Christmas themed tour through the Hofburg Brixen in German

During the Christmas season, the Hofburg Brixen offers a special guided tour focused on the theme of Christmas. Immerse yourself in the history, art, and traditions of this magical time of year!

As you explore the nativity scene exhibition, the Diocesan Museum, the Cathedral Treasury, the baroque court church, and the magnificent baroque rooms on the second floor, you’ll discover masterpieces that bring the Christmas story to life. At the same time, you'll learn fascinating facts about religious customs and backgrounds, as well as captivating Alpine Christmas traditions.

Price: € 5,- p.p. (excl. entrance fee)

The tour lasts approximately 1 to 1½ hours and takes place in December every Tuesday and Thursday in German, and every Wednesday and Friday in Italian  (except public holidays).

Please note: Only the nativity scene exhibition is heated. We therefore recommend dressing warmly to fully enjoy the tour.
