The family afternoon at the Hofburg

On August 2nd, the Hofburg in Brixen will come to life – all families are warmly invited to a colourful afternoon full of games, fun, and discovery!

Throughout the museum, exciting games await visitors of all ages: whether it's "Bishop, how many steps may I take?", “City – Country – River”, Memory, the guessing game “Who am I?”, or many others – there’s so much to explore and enjoy.Visitors can stroll through the museum at their own pace and join in at the different game stations as they like.

A real highlight awaits between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.: during this hour, visitors will have the unique chance to try on a splendid historical liturgical vestment!These precious garments are normally kept safely and are not accessible to the public – but for this special day, they will be made available.
